Most orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day, depending upon current inventory at time of order. Orders received after 12 Noon EST will be processed the following business day.Shipping Policies and Restrictions:
- All orders ship Ground, however we offer EXPEDITED SHIPPING for additional freight charges. Please contact us for rates.
- Shipping rates shown are for Continental 48 States only. Shipping to AK, HI, & PR & Canada may require additional fees/payment.
- Shipping to APO Boxes will require an additional funds. Please contact us for a quote.
- WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES - PLEASE PROVIDE VALID STREET ADDRESS.

Please note that Metropolitan Displays sells some items directly from other manufacturers, and certain return restrictions and fees may apply. Please contact Metropolitan Display for return information for your specific item.
A) Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. In some cases we can extend a 20 day grace period, depending on the item and which facility it was shipped from.
B) Returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. Used merchandise returned will not be refunded.
C) An RA NUMBER & ADDRESS FROM METROPOLITAN DISPLAY IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER AND RETURN ADDRESS provided by Metropolitan Display. Returns shipped without this information can result in long delays in processing your refund.
D) Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
E) Some items we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover re-packaging and re-stocking materials and labor. Additional fees may be required depending upon condition (damage) when your return is received. Please contact us to see if a restocking fee is required to return your item, and the amount
F) Original Shipping Charges are not refundable.
G) Items sold with Free Shipping may be subject to an additional fee of $25 per item.
If you wish to continue to return your item:
1) Contact us for an RA number and return address. DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER AND RETURN ADDRESS provided by Metropolitan Display.
2) Return the item using your shipper account number or by taking the item to a FedEx or UPS location and follow the instructions provided by the carrier. You are responsible for the charges with the shipper. Returns via USPS (Postal Service) will not be accepted.
3) Provide us with the tracking number(s) once the item ships to expedite your return and refund.
4) Once the item is delivered to our warehouse and checked in, you will be refunded the purchase price minus any restocking or other fees. Original Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Change of Address:
A change of delivery address must be requested directly with Metropolitan Display. Additional charges may be required. Address changes requested through the carrier will not be honored, and the shipment will be sent to the original location.Receipt of Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
- If you see the box is damaged upon receipt REFUSE DELIVERY and contact us immediately. A replacement will be shipped right away.
- All other damage or receipt of incorrect goods must be reported within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a full replacement. In some cases we can extend a 20 day grace period, depending on the item and which facility it was shipped from.Cancellation Policy:
We will gladly honor your cancellation request, however please be aware that we try to ship as quickly as possible once your order is received and it is possible that your order may already have shipped by the time we receive any cancellation requests.
A) If your order has not shipped when we receive your cancellation notice, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
B) If your order has already shipped by the time we receive your cancellation notice, we suggest that you refuse delivery of the shipment so it can be automatically returned to our warehouse facility. If you are unable to refuse delivery and the item is delivered, please contact us for further return information. Return shipping and restocking fees may be applicable if the item is delivered.
Once the item is received at our warehouse and checked in, you will be issued a refund. This may take several days.Undeliverable Address or Refusal of Delivery:
Orders or merchandise that is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, costs and charges plus a 15% restocking fee. We will make every attempt to correct an address or contact the buyer prior to the return. If your merchandise is returned, you will be credited for the order minus the return delivery amount plus the 15% restocking fee. Global Shipping:
