Metropolitan Display guarantees your items arrive in new condition and as described in our online catalog. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any questions about our policies as listed below, please contact Metropolitan Display and one of our friendly and knowledgeable associates will be happy to help you.


Shipping:
Ships Ground Service to 48 Continental States. Please contact us for shipping rates to: AL, HI, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico.  Shipping Rate is either calculated depending upon your location or set at a fixed price as noted in each listing. We pass along any and all shipping discounts from our carriers to you. We cannot ship to a PO Box; please include a valid street address. Buyer is responsible for providing correct address. Undeliverable and returned deliveries will not be re-shipped unless contacted by buyer, and additional fees may apply. Report all damage immediately or do not accept if obvious damage is present to the packaging. Damage must be reported within 3 days in order for full replacement at no additional charge. Handling:
We do not charge any extra fees for packing & handling. Most items ship same day or up to 1 or 2 days after placing order, depending upon when order is received and processed. You will be notified as to any inventory issues or delays, or please contact us at an time for follow-up information at e-sales@metropolitandisplay.com

Returns:
Returns are generally accepted under certain most circumstances unless otherwise noted in listing. Return shipping fees and re-stocking fees may apply. Please contact customer service at e-sales@metropolitandisplay.com for additional information. Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of item, and refunds or credits will be issued once merchandise is received and deemed in excellent condition.
